TTA - Law Firm marks its 5th anniversary

The law firm TTA is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a cocktail party on 18 November at the Camões Portuguese Cultural Centre in Maputo. Since 2011, TTA has been an excellent partner to PLMJ in Mozambique, and there could be nothing better than to mark this anniversary with an event that is part of the inauguration of the first collective art exhibition by the PLMJ Foundation in Maputo. The title of this exhibition is "Portuguese-speaking authors in the collection of the PLMJ Foundation".

For PLMJ managing partner Luís Pais Antunes, "In its five years of existence, TTA has stood out in the Mozambican legal world for its tenacity, rigour, dynamism and, above all, for its team. Today, TTA is widely recognised in the international directories as a top firm".

For Tomás Timbane, who heads TTA, "These five years are an important milestone for the public and international recognition of quality, technical capacity and know-how of TTA's lawyers. Institutions and businesses see the firm as a trusted partner that provides the highest quality legal services in Mozambique".

After five years operating in Mozambique, TTA has become a benchmark in the legal market by advising on some of the largest and most important operations taking part in the country. Its legal work has covered a range of areas including litigation, arbitration, energy and natural resources, and corporate/M&A. The firm has also worked regularly with some of the world's leading international law firms.

This year, TTA was "Highly Commended" in the category "Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year" at the African Legal Awards 2016, and it has been a regular presence in a number of categories in recent editions of African awards "The African Legal Awards". TTA has also earned a place in the top rankings of Chambers and Partners, IFLR 1000 and The Legal 500.
