Tomás Timbane member of the Commission for the revision of the Civil and Labor Procedure Codes

Tomás Timbane, Partner at TTA, is part of the Commission for the revision of the Civil and Labor Procedure Codes, headed by the Supreme Court, assuming the scientific coordination of this project.

In this capacity, Tomás Timbane will present, at the launch of the project, the Terms of Reference for the Proposed Review of the Civil Procedure Code and the Labor Procedure Code, an event that will take place on December 18th in the amphitheater of the Ministry of Justice, Constitutional Affairs and Religious, in Maputo.
