Tomás Timbane, international partner at GLM - Gabinete Legal de Moçambique, a member of PLMJ International Legal Network, was interviewed by the weekly Savana about his plans for the future of the Mozambique Bar Association if he is elected president on 23 March. The GLM lawyer is campaigning on making access to justice easier for the underprivileged. Tomás Timbane is also keen on developing a basis for better training for lawyers, above all in light of the challenges faced by the country as a result of the discovery of natural resources.
