Ivânia Pene and Dioclécio Ricardo David certified and invested as Official Industrial Property Agents

Ivânia Pene, Trainee Lawyer, and Dioclécio Ricardo David, Senior Associate, participated in the 11th Official Industrial Property Agents Course, conducted by the Instituto da Propriedade Industrial, IP., in Maputo, on 21 and 22 April.

Having successfully passed their respective examinations, both were officially appointed as Official Industrial Property Agents on 29 April.

With this certification and investiture, TTA strengthens its team of professionals, now counting on qualified professionals to support inventors, creators, and entrepreneurs in the protection of industrial property. This includes invention patents, utility models, industrial designs or models, factory or trademarks, service marks, trade names, indications of origin or designations of origin, as well as measures against unfair competition.
