Tomás Timbane, international partner at GLM - Gabinete Legal de Moçambique, a member of PLMJ International Legal Network, spoke to the weekly newspaper Sol about his plans for the Mozambique Bar Association and for the future of the legal profession in the country in the event he is elected president on 23 March. The GLM lawyer would like to see a more active and dynamic Bar Association and intends, among other projects, to strengthen the Commission to Fight Unlawful Legal Practice and to involve more lawyers in its future.
