The international directory The Legal 500 - 2018 has recognised Natércia Sitoe in the category "Next Generation Lawyers".
There is also recognition for Tomás Timbane, PLMJ International Partner, head and Coordinator of TTA and TTA´s associate Natércia Sitoe as a "Local Law Firm", as well for Nuno
The Legal 500 is considered to be the second most important ranking in the legal market after Chambers & Partners. The director reflects the work presented to it in the 2017 submissions,, which cover work done between August 2016 and July 2017.
PLMJ was also, once again, recognised in all 22 areas analysed by The Legal 500. The firm also achieved 71 individual recommendations, including recommendations for Angola and Mozambique. PLMJ is recommended as a Tier 1 in 12 practice areas, and the firm rose to Tier 1 in the categories of Projects and Project Finance and Foreign Firms (Angola). It also directly entered Tier 1 of the ranking of Foreign Firms in Mozambique and achieved an impressive total of seven Next Generation Lawyer recommendations and 10 lawyers named as Leading Individuals.
