Tomás Timbane and Pascoal Bié co-authored the chapter on Mozambican Arbitration for the second edition of the Arbitration in Africa: A Practioner´s Guide. This book, a publication by the Wolters Kluwer and edited by Lise Bosman, provides a practical and transnational view of arbitration legislation and arbitral practice within African jurisdictions and within African regions.

The second edition of this volume assembles an updated and expanded country-by-country analysis of how arbitration is conducted in each of the forty-nine African countries covered, providing essential information about the applicable legislative provisions, adherence to international arbitration conventions, and arbitral procedure. This updated volume also provides insight into how African courts treat arbitral proceedings and arbitration-related court proceedings.

The publication can be consulted here.
