Orlanda is a Senior Associate at TTA with a focus on the Tax area. With more than 22 years of professional experience, she has been dedicated to tax consultancy, also developing commercial and labor legal assistance, with private clients, national and foreign, in the mining, Oil & Gas, Retail, Real Estate and Construction sectors, among others.
She has been actively involved in cross-border operations and projects, M&A, national and international investment structuring, tax due diligence, tax controversy & litigation. She has experience in interpretation and application of Double Tax Treaties, individual income tax, corporate income tax and value-added tax and other indirect taxes.
Orlanda has a degree from the Faculty of Law of the Eduardo Mondlane University, in Maputo and also attended the Master of Legal and Economic Sciences at the same Faculty.
Before joining TTA, Orlanda was Tax and Legal Senior Manager at PwC in Maputo.
