Amina is a Senior Associate with more than 20 years’ experience as a lawyer. She advises on public and private law matters, with a focus on public procurement, public-private partnerships, land, corporate, foreign investment, regulatory, industrial property, real estate, construction and family law.

Her clients come from a range of sectors including finance, construction, real estate, tourism, mining, water, and non-governmental organisations.

Before joining TTA, Amina was a lawyer at MGA-Advogados & Consultores.

Amina has a law degree and a master’s in human rights from the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University . She is also an Official Industrial Property Agent and a member of the AMMCJ - Mozambican Association of Women in the Legal Profession.

Amina has also been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University since 1999 and the head of the Department of Legal-Economic Sciences at the same faculty since 2011.
