Michela is an Associate who focuses in civil law, in particular family, succession, corporate and commercial law. She advises clients on setting up companies in Mozambique and on a wide range of other corporate matters.
She also handles civil litigation cases, and succession, real estate, and employment and labour law issues.
Michela’s clients come from various sectors, but particularly from the banking sector.
She is a member of the AMMCJ - Mozambican Association of Women in the Legal Profession.
Before joining TTA, Michela worked at the IPAJ - the Institute of Patronage and Legal Assistance, and she was an intern at the Registry of Legal Entities and the Land Registry Office of Maputo.
