Dioclécio Ricardo David, Associate Lawyer of TTA, participates as a speaker at the 1st Annual Congress of FALP - Federation of Portuguese Speaking Lawyers, which will take place on the 21st and 22nd of November at the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo, in São Paulo, Brazil.
His participation, done remotely, will take place in the panel that will discuss “The role of the lawyer in the implementation of ESG in companies”, organized by the Special Group of Young Lawyers of the Portuguese Language Lawyers Federation (GEJA-FALP), in which Dioclécio Ricardo David will share his vision, focusing on the Mozambican context.
Over these two days, will be discussed current legal topics in panels composed of lawyers from different Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions, sharing experiences on the jurisdictions where they operate.
