Pascoal Bié, Senior Associate of the TTA, wrote an article included in book entitled “Pensamentos Jurídicos, Vol.III” (Legal thoughts), edited by OLSIT Editora.
This book has several contributions from young professionals in the law scenario and aims to promote discussion on various topics of interest in various legal areas. The article by Pascoal Bié, co-authored with Gerson David, seeks to highlight the resolution of disputes arising from situations of default of an Over The Counter Derivative not Cleared by a Central Counterparty, under the theme “Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Derivative Contracts OTC Not Cleared by a Central Counterparty”.
The book will be launched on Tuesday, December 13th, at 4 pm, in the Auditorium of the BCI Headquarters Building, in Maputo.
