Tomás Timbane, partner at TTA, and Pascoal Bié, Senior Associate at TTA, both lecturers of Law at the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), participate as speakers at the Conference on Arbitration promoted by Abreu Advogados and UEM, which will take place on the 22nd of November at the University Campus, in Maputo.
Tomás Timbane's participation will focus on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, in Panel II - Mozambican Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Law – Is a reform necessary?. The one by Pascoal Bié, presenter on the same panel, will focus on the Constitution of the Arbitration Court.
