Tomás Timbane speaker at YCC YAAF Serie - Toolkit for International Commercial Arbitration in Lusophony Presentation

Tomás Timbane, Partner at TTA and International Court of Arbitration member, will be speaker at the ICC YAAF Champions centenary series, in a session that aims to present the Toolkit for International Commercial Arbitration in lusophone jurisdictions.

This event, organized by the ICC YAAF - International Court of Arbitration Young Arbitrators Forum, is promoted by the Mozambican Bar Association (OAM) and has the support, among others, of the TTA.

The primary objective of this session is to encourage the interest in international commercial arbitration by young Portuguese-speaking jurists, through speakers sharing experiences on dispute resolution matters related to their respective jurisdictions.

The presentation of the Toolkit for International Commercial Arbitration in Lusophony will take place in person and remotely between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm on November 24, 2023.
